Accredited services:

Medicines Therapy Assessment (MTA)

I help your pharmacy deliver a clinical review service in collaboration with General Practice.

Working with:
  • Patients in the community
  • Aged Residential Care facilities

MTA requires a close working relationship with the patient's general practitioner and other healthcare providers as well as good rapport with patients, caregivers and whānau.

The MTA service integrates with your pharmacy's workflow.  I work alongside your staff, sharing their knowledge of the patient and engaging them in follow up and management plans to ensure seamless ongoing care.

Medicine Use Review (MUR)

Don't surrender your commitment to the Medication Management Service (MMS)!

The best person to deliver MUR services is the patient's usual pharmacist, but..
... that's not always what happens in real life.
